This Dumbbell is CKC/AKC approved. Made of solid plastic, it will not break when reaching the ground, unlike wooden dumbbells. And it floats too! Though these are made from a non-toxic plastic, they are not designed to be a "chew toy" and should not be left with an unattended dog.
